Mr. Itkin comes to Axerra Networks with over 15 years' experience and a superior track record in serving the telecommunications market throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Axerra, Gil Itkin served as Managing Director, APAC of XACCT Technologies, Ltd., where he was instrumental in expanding sales and establishing strategic partnerships with major telecommunications companies in Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, and Australia. Previously, Mr. Itkin was General Manager of RAD Data Communications Far East where he was responsible for the sales and marketing of telecommunications solutions. Gil Itkin holds an engineering degree from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Asian Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Gil Itkin will focus on delivering Axerra's award-winning pseudo-wire solutions that enable IP + legacy data and voice services over Ethernet, IP, and MPLS networks to the leading telecommunications providers in the Asia Pacific area.
